This book is the second in the "Miss Billy" series and is about Billy and Bertram's engagement which is a bit rocky due to misunderstandings arising from the advent of a certain 'Mary Jane' Arkwright and also from Bertram's art. Bertram's managing sister Kate is back, stirring up trouble again.
